Consultation description
The Department is seeking your views on the development of an Adult Restorative Justice Strategy for Northern Ireland. Whilst restorative justice is used extensively in the youth justice arena, there is currently no comprehensive or strategic approach to its use for adults.
We are therefore conducting this consultation to obtain your views on the establishment of a strategic approach to using restorative practices at all stages of the adult criminal justice system.
