Consultation description
The key objective of the proposal is to support Departmental budgeting and forecasting by standardising fees. This follows recommendations in the Access to Justice Reviews in 2011 and 2015 and, subsequently, from the Comptroller and Auditor General and the Public Accounts Committee.
The DoJ invites views on any issues raised by this consultation document including the accompanying impact screenings and draft amendment to the Remuneration Order 2015. Please submit your response to this consultation to:
