The Department of Justice was designated by The Executive Office to exercise the administrative functions of the Victims’ Payments Board on the Board’s behalf under para 2(1) of Schedule 1 to the Victims’ Payments Regulations 2020 - https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2020/103/made/data.pdf

The Troubles Permanent Disablement Payment Scheme opened for applications on 31 August 2021.
