PACE Code H: detention, treatment and questioning of persons under S41 of Schedule 8 to, the Terrorism Act 2000

This code applies to people in police detention following their arrest under section 41 of the Terrorism Act 2000, after midnight on 31 May 2015, even though they may have been arrested before that time.
