Circular LSC 12-14 – The Magistrates’ Courts and County Court Appeals (Criminal Legal Aid) Costs (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2014 is to advise practitioners of the commencement of the amendments to the Magistrates' Court Rules which come into effect on 26 June 2014 and will apply to the fees payable against any legal aid certificate granted in the Magistrates’ Court on and after 26 June 2014.
