Circular LSC 01-15 – Interpreting and translating services – Contract arrangements advises that the Northern Ireland Legal Services Commission will be moving onto the Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) contract for Interpreting and Translating Services with effect from Monday 16 February 2015 and also includes a copy of the guidelines and operating instruction for the appointment of interpreters and translators.
