Circular LSA 06-18 - High cost cases - estimated costs of any case in excess of £100,000 invites declarations from practitioners of all cases which practitioners have carriage of, which could result in a final cost in excess of £100,000 whether or not the cost will fall to the Legal Services Agency (the Agency) and corresponding schedule for practitioners to complete.
