LSA 06-16 - The Magistrates’ Courts and County Court Appeals (Criminal Legal Aid) (Costs) (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2016

Circular LSA 06-16 is to advise practitioners of the content of the Magistrates’ Courts and County Court Appeals (Criminal Legal Aid) (Costs) (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2016 (“the 2016 Amendment Rules”). The 2016 Amendment Rules come into operation on 1 December 2016.
