Circular LSA 03-16 - The Legal Aid for Crown Court Proceedings (Costs) (Amendment No.2) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2016 is to advise Practitioners of the content of the Legal Aid for Crown Court Proceedings (Costs) (Amendment No.2) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2016 (“the 2016 Amendment Rules, No. 2”). The 2016 Amendment Rules No.2 were made by the Department of Justice on 24 March 2016, and they come into operation on 16 April 2016.
