LSA 01-17 - Applying for emergency legal aid

Circular LSA 01-17 - Applying for emergency legal aid informs practitioners that at present the Agency has skeleton cover within the Adjudication Section. While this is being addressed the Agency can only consider the most urgent emergency applications. To assist in this regard practitioners should ensure that only the most pressing applications are submitted by way of the emergency EF1 email.
