The Plan is important because it sets out the next steps in delivering the Minister’s vision of a transformed justice system.
The 2015-16 Business Plan marks the last year of our Corporate Plan 2012-16, and sets out how our business objectives will be achieved. It focuses particularly on our three strategic themes of Safer, Shared Communities; Faster, Fairer Justice; and Rehabilitating Offenders.
