Direction No. 2 - Interim Payments in cases funded under Article 12A of the Access to Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 is a Direction given under the Legal Aid & Coroners’ Courts Act (Northern Ireland) 2014 and sets out the terms under which an interim payment may be made.
