To revoke authorisations 7, 8 and 11 with effect from 1 January 2013, the day upon which the Legal Advice and Assistance (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 come into operation, thus putting the matters contained in these authorisations onto a legislative footing.
