Support to Victims and Witnesses

360 degree interactive guides on the layout of Crown Court and Magistrates Court courtrooms are available on the Victim Support NI webpage.

The Victim Support Northern Ireland (VSNI), the National Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) and the Northern Ireland Courts and Tribunals Service recognise that each has a role to play in supporting witnesses who come to court. The three agencies have been working in partnership for some time to support victims and witnesses in Northern Ireland.

Victim Charter

The Victim Charter sets out the entitlements and services that victims of crime in Northern Ireland can expect to receive from a range of service providers.  For further information and alternative languages vist Justice-ni/Victim Charter
